SYLA runs a summer camp program in July from 8:30 am – noon. The cost of this program is $125 plus US Lacrosse membership ($25) if not already a member.

This Camp is run by local College player’s / grads with the help of some the Saratoga Springs Varsity players as well. The coach to player ratio is about 1:8 allowing plenty of coaches to individual instruction throughout the day. Players will be divided up by grade level and ability.

The camp starts off with some stretching, then moves into fundamental stations, and then into scrimmages to put into action what has been taught throughout the day.

Water and Ice will be provided Every registrant will receive a reversible pinnie
